Perfect location and a nice, cozy hotel with wonderful and helpful staff. The only problem i faced was using my card to swipe in inr even though it had been used internationally in the past. I had booked using the card while booking, and a minimal amount was deducted initially, too as a standard process. I think there should be ease to make payments using cards in inr since it's accepted in cash.

Location was top notch, thimphu clock tower is right behind this hotel, very easy to access the tower road, many places around in walking distance. Food was excellent, also our complementary breakfast was perfect and amenities were just right. Hotel staff were very humble and polite. Would definitely recommend.

Good hotel with very polite service. The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The hotel is located in a nice area with beautiful views.

Avoid this hotel at thimpu. They don't accept card payment. Only cash is accepted. For a longer stay it is very difficult

Food service has a significant scope for improvement. It was below average. We had booked our breakfast which was supposed to be ready by 7 am and nothing was ready till 7. 30am. We had a flight to catch, so had to leave the hotel around 7. 45 without having proper breakfast. Dine
